About the Author: 

Yermi Kurkus is a Business Partner who partners with business individuals and businesses to get and find that “more” that they are looking for in their personal, and professional lives, and businesses. Yermi helps them connect with other Exceptional people and businesses that will help grow their businesses. 

Yermi has a MA degree in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology and is now currently working toward his doctorate in that field. With over a decade of experience in high-stress environments such as prisons, rehabs, and dysfunctional organizations, Yermi has developed tools that help engage talent to perform at their optimal levels as well as assist leaders avoid burnout and create an environment that is meaningful and fulfilling. 

Aside from creating these systems and Exceptionally Irresistible cultures, Yermi has also facilitated over $1B of business deals with a vetting system that exceptional people use to do these irresistible business deals.

It will not be easy to apply each of these principles, but certain tools will be made available to you, and certain suggestions, and certain considerations will be presented to you, hopefully, all these will help make this journey a little smoother and sometimes even more enjoyable!
