What Does It Take To Be Happy?

  • You have to recognize that not every day is going to be a happy day. Some days will be sad. And that’s okay.
  • When you are having a rough day….call a friend….take a walk.
  • It is also important to take a break. Have rest.
  • Look for the inspiration around you and within you.
  • Sometimes it’s easier to be unhappy than to do the work to become happy.

Story of Faith:

  • Was having a rough day for business. No successful business sales.
  • Received a check from her boss in 2019 who owed her X dollars - ended up being the exact amount she wanted to make that day.
  • This was because of her belief in G-d and His ability to provide.
  • If you believe your money is from G-D then it will come to you no matter what work you do.
  • You can’t just rely on things falling into your lap. You have to put in the work.
  • Understand your place in life and what you can do now and what you can’t do. Find your place. Do your work.
  • Don’t try to be someone else.

The Bottom Line:

The 3 main takeaway points were:

  • True intrinsic happiness is found within yourself when you fully embrace your true authenticity.
  • Not every day will be a “happy” day - it’s ok to not be ok.
  • With the right support, resources, and enough faith in a Higher Power, you are able to overcome those challenging days.
